- I already have, and am using, the Myeloma Monitor app. How do I update to the newer version?
Go to the App store from your device and update to the newest version of the app.
- Is there any way to back up the information I’ve already entered into my Myeloma Monitor before I download the new version?
Yes. Log into your account and go to “My Profile”, click on the “Preferences” section, and click the “Backup Database” button.
- Will my information automatically transfer over to the updated version or will I have to re-enter everything all over again?
Your information will carry over to an updated version; however, we recommend that you create a backup of the information before updating.
